Your tuition reserves a dedicated tutoring time with your tutor. This time is set aside specifically for your child, which reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, personalized support.

If you need to miss a tutoring session, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Our tutors are compensated for every scheduled session. For this reason, students are charged for all scheduled tutoring sessions, including those missed due to student absence or cancellation.

You may be eligible to attend a group makeup session, if available. We encourage you to prioritize your scheduled tutoring time and avoid conflicting activities, as consistent attendance is important for steady academic progress.

If a tutor becomes unavailable, LearnLee will make every effort to provide a substitute tutor or arrange an alternative solution.

If you need to cancel and would like to be considered for a group makeup drop-in session at least 24 hours’ notice is required. We are not obligated to provide makeup sessions for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
