We value the commitment you have made to enhance your child's successful learning outcomes.

• Use the restroom and wash your hands upon arrival. 
• Prepare your materials and/or electronic device for optimal use of time during your session.
• Set personal calendar reminders for each session's date and time.

• Log in 2-3 minutes early to check  internet connection, battery life, camera and microphone.

• Establish a quiet surrounding.
• Have your charger nearby or keep your device plugged in.
• Prepare supplies ahead of time, such as: paper, whiteboard/markers, pens/pencils

• We send a text message and an email with payment links from Intuit Quickbooks:
  • Click REVIEW & PAY
  • Click VIEW DESCRIPTION so you can set personal calendar reminders for each session's date and time
• Payment is due in-full prior to services
• $5 per day late fee

Sessions will start and end on time, regardless of the time you arrive.

You have 10 minutes to claim your session, otherwise it has been forfeited and the tutor is allowed to leave and/or close the video conference call.
