how to pay
- Invoice sent to you via email from Intuit Quickbooks:
- Click REVIEW & PAY
- Click VIEW DESCRIPTION so you can set personal calendar reminders for each session's date and time
- Payment is due in-full prior to services
- Daily Late Fee applied to past-due invoice ($5 per day)
Timeliness
- Sessions will start and end on time, regardless of the time you arrive.
No-call, No-show Policy
- You have 10 minutes to claim your session, otherwise it has been forfeited and the tutor is allowed to leave and/or close the video conference call
Tips for In Person Tutoring
- Use the restroom and wash your hands upon arrival.
- Prepare your materials and/or electronic device for optimal use of time during your session.
Tips for Online Tutoring
- Log in 2-3 minutes early.
- Check your internet connection, battery life, camera and microphone.
- Recommendations:
- quiet surroundings to limit background noise interference
- charger nearby or device plugged in
- have supplies ready, such as: paper, writing utensils, whiteboard, markers
