We value the commitment you have made to enhance your child's learning. Nicole personally designs a plan for your child, so we are unable to offer makeups or credits for your cancellations or absences.
*If a tutor has to cancel, we will contact you directly in order to reschedule.

Tips for In Person Tutoring
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival, if possible.
- Prepare your materials ahead of the session.
- Set your own calendar reminders for each session's date and time.
Timeliness
Sessions will start and end on time, regardless of the time you arrive.
No-call, No-show Policy
You have 10 minutes to claim your session, otherwise it has been forfeited and the tutor is allowed to leave and/or close the video conference call.
