Tips for In Person Tutoring
- Use the restroom and wash your hands upon arrival.
- Prepare your materials and/or electronic device for optimal use of time during your session.
- Set personal calendar reminders for each session's date and time.
Tips for Online Tutoring
- Log in 2-3 minutes early to check internet connection, battery life, camera and microphone.
- Set calendar reminders for each session's date and time.
- Establish a quiet surrounding.
- Have your charger nearby or keep your device plugged in.
- Prepare supplies ahead of time, such as: paper, whiteboard/markers, pens/pencils
payment for services
- We send a text message and an email with payment links from Intuit Quickbooks:
- Click REVIEW & PAY
- Click VIEW DESCRIPTION so you can set personal calendar reminders for each session's date and time
- Payment is due in-full prior to services
- $5 per day late fee
Timeliness
Sessions will start and end on time, regardless of the time you arrive.
No-call, No-show Policy
You have 10 minutes to claim your session, otherwise it has been forfeited and the tutor is allowed to leave and/or close the video conference call.
