You will receive an invoice via email and text message with a payment link.
Our bookkeeping system is Intuit Quickbooks.

Payment is due prior to services in order to hold your reservation.
Attendance & Timeliness
Please honor our scheduled start and stop times. The schedule is designed for a smooth experience for all of our tutors and students.
You have 10 minutes of your session's start time to arrive, otherwise the session has been forfeited and the tutor is allowed to leave the of (if you are their last session of the day).
Closures & Inclement Weather
We follow Leander Independent School District (LISD) regarding
inclement weather closures. There are no refunds, makeups or credits due to inclement weather. Please make the safest choice for your family.
Tips for Success
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival, if possible.
- Organize study materials prior to the session.
- Set calendar reminders for each session's date and time.
- Allow plenty of drive time to account for traffic and unexpected delays.
Health
According to the CDC, students should stay home until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours without using fever-reducing medicine.
Even if a fever is reduced with medicine, the medicine only temporarily reduces the fever; it doesn't prevent contagiousness or treat the underlying illness.
