Over the years, I've learned that clear policies ensure the smoothest possible journey together.
NEED TO CANCEL?
Safely call or text your tutor and leave a message to let them know about the cancellation; if texting, please add Nicole (512.550.1820) to the thread.
how to pay
- Invoices are emailed and text messaged to you from Intuit Quickbooks
- Click REVIEW & PAY
- Read the description so you can set personal calendar reminders for your session dates and times
- Payment due in-full by the due date (before services are provided)
- $5 daily late fee
Timeliness
- Sessions will start and end on time, regardless if you arrive late. We will keep a smooth schedule to honor everyone's pre-planned time slots.
No-call, No-show Policy
- If we have not heard from you after the first ten minutes of your session's start time, then you have forfeited your session (if online, the tutor will close the conference room; if in person, the tutor has permission to leave).
Tips for In Person Tutoring
- We ask that you wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
- Prepare your materials and/or electronic device for optimal use of time during your session.
Tips for Online Tutoring
- Log in 2-3 minutes early to secure internet connection, audio & visual methods are working properly.
- Recommendations:
- stable internet connection
- camera
- microphone
- quiet surroundings to limit background noise from other family m
- charger nearby (or plugged in)
- paper, writing utensils, whiteboard/markers nearby
