Behavior Support Program

Step 1

Discovery Call

We want to gain a clearer picture of their schooling, home life, current struggles and needs, along with their strength areas and interests.

Please share about your family, your reason for reaching out to us and how it relates to your child's behavior.

Step 2

Professional Observation

For this step, we are invited into your home to observe. We can visit your home in person or you can invite us in remotely with access to see and hear your child clearly.

We are silent during the observation. We are systematically observing, notetaking, and analyzing ways to positively impact your family's level of functioning.

Step 3

Behavior Team Consultation

The behavior team collaborates and synthesizes information gained from the initial discovery call and the professional observation in order to draft a proposal. We draw from formal and informal data to make a recommendation for your family.

After this step, we will send you a draft of the proposal. This will include a plan with desired outcomes, objectives and a schedule of parent coaching sessions and/or family coaching sessions.

Level 1 Intervention

Parent Coaching

Meet with your Behavior Consultant via video conference. Level 1 Interventions are intended for parent-only discussions.

Receive direct support, guidance, resources, ideas and feedback to help you reach your desired outcome as we  work through your strategic plan.

Gain peaceful, impactful, and sustainable ways to improve your family's behavioral response methods and systems.

Level 2 intervention

Family Coaching

Two Behavior Consultants visit your home. Level 2 Interventions are intended for children and their parent.

The first half of the session will focus on family unit interactions. We use a variety of techniques and multiple modalities to observe, address and model appropriate behavior response methods.

The remaining half of the session includes a parent-only debrief with your Behavior Consultant. Together, you will be able to address concerns and ask questions.

*All recommendations are for you to deploy at your own discretion; the suggestions we make are not mandatory.
