Payment
- Bank transfer via Melio (you can use a credit card, if needed)
- Payment is collected two days prior to your first session
Cancellation
Life happens! We understand. Thank you for honoring your tutor's time and appreciating our commitment to teach your child.
Cancellations inside of the 24 hour window may be rescheduled one time per month. After this one-time allowance per month, cancellations are not refunded or rescheduled.
Attendance
Your tutor will wait for your arrival up to 10 minutes. If you have not contacted them within that time frame, the session will be coded no-call no-show and, therefore, ineligible for a make up session. You will be charged for the missed session.
Online
- Log in 3-5 minutes early.
- If we do not hear from you within the first 10 minutes of your session, it is coded a "no show" and not eligible for refund or reschedule.
- Materials needed: stable internet connection, camera, microphone, charger for your device, paper, writing utensils (optional: small whiteboard).
In Person
- Current Locations: Leander, Cedar Park & Round Rock.
- Sessions will start on time and end on time.
- Request a private time to discuss progress; not directly before/after sessions in front of your child.
- Call to reschedule if you are feeling sick: fever, headache, excessive coughing/runny nose, vomiting, and diarrhea.
